We select 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy billets, and through precision extrusion molding technology, combined with double aging hardening treatment (T5/T6 state), the tensile strength of the profile is increased to ≥160MPa, and the yield strength is above 110MPa. The subsequent 15-25μm anodizing or fluorocarbon spraying surface treatment not only gives the profile up to 30 years of weather resistance but also can be customized in a variety of colors (such as metallic color, wood grain transfer, etc.), which perfectly meets the needs of architectural aesthetics.
